how long does it take to reply to an email?
We aim to reply to all email enquiries within 24 hours, but during week-ends, bank holidays and during exceptionally busy periods you might have to wait two or three days to get a reply. If you are applying for a class which is due to start soon it might be better to apply online or call.
If your email is not answered within a reasonable time, consider the possibility that we might have not received it. Try removing any attachment or image, and if in doubt give us a call.
